RUBEN BALDEON GUTIERREZ

Ruben Baldeon, is the Program Director of "Arts & Treasures from Latin America",
Mr. Baldeon is the Founded President of both El Ayllu from Peru.(1996) He is promoting cultural images of Latin America in the U:S:, Spain, and other European countries, with the various expressions of native art, dance, culture, folklore, and academic and scientific investigations. In the U.S., Mr. Baldeon co -founded "Arts & Treasures from Latin America" and co-created Arts and Treasures from Perú in 1996 to launch its mission. To achieve his goals, Mr. Baldeon relies on a network of
governmental and institutional contacts in Latin America he had developed over
the years. Mr. Baldeon to have extensive promotional reach within the regional community that supports the promotional needs of "Law Artisan" in Perú of
2001 to 2008, march. Now he is consultant for promotion of handicrafts and
Tourism from Perú.
